PDSA operates Pet Hospitals and partner practices in the UK, providing free and low-cost veterinary treatments and prescribed medications for eligible pet owners within designated postcode catchment areas. Services cover cats, dogs, rabbits and other small pets, with access determined by specific means-tested benefits. A Pet Care Scheme through partner practices supports clients who are not located near a Pet Hospital. Breeding-related support is excluded. The organisation also offers a Vet Care product range via the PDSA Pet Store.
